SPECIAL ELECTION
In accordance with CSWF By-Laws Article VII
Section 3:
"In the event a vacancy occurs in the office during its term, the general membership shall elect a person as successor at a special election held at the next regular monthly meeting."
WHEN: Saturday, April 10, 2010 from 10:00 AM - 11:50 AM
WHERE: CSWF MONTHLY MEETING
ELECTION TERM: April 10, 2010 to August 31, 2010 (per Article VII Section 1) - the balance of the organization year.

CLUB OFFICER DUTIES:
Description of the Duties of the Officer positions - President,
Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer:

Nominating and Election Committee:
Member Nominations per Article VII Section 2:
a. Members are requested to let the committee know in writing if they would be willing to be a nominee for any office or offices in the CSWF;
b. Members are requested to advise the committee of any individuals that the members would suggest for these positions;
c. Nominations from the floor will be accepted ...
d. The committee will conduct the elections ... following final nominations from the floor and the committee’s final report;
e. Officers shall be elected by a majority vote .... Secret paper ballot will be used, if there is more than one candidate for any specific office.

OFFICERS
Section 4. Any officer may resign at any time by giving written or oral notice to the organization.

disability of the president, the secretary and treasurer shall act as
co-presidents and perform all of the duties of the president, and when so
acting shall have all of the powers of and be subject to all of the restrictions
upon the president.
